Shipping Info

Please note that the following states do not permit direct wine shipments: Alabama, Illinois, Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Utah.

Shipments are made in accordance with state laws:
We ship wine to select states in accordance with state laws. At this time, CobaltWine.com ships only to addresses within the 48 continental U.S. states. All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in CA. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wine into any state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wines. By placing an order you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order where you wish.

Wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your order you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom your wine will be delivered is at least 21 years old. When your wine is delivered the person accepting delivery will be required to show an I.D. proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. We prefer business addresses, as someone age 21+ must be available to sign for the delivery!

Cobalt Wine can be reached at 918-782-2752 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Central time, Monday through Friday.

To place an order on CobaltWine.com, you will be required to create an account.  To create the account, we will ask for the following:

  • Your name
  • Date of birth
  • Contact address
  • Email address
  • A password

Your CobaltWine.com account will store this information along with the orders you place using your CobaltWine.com account.  Because we are a retailer of wine, there are many regulations to which we must adhere, and this requires our sales and deliveries to be properly recorded.

Weather or extreme temperature (hot or cold):
Weather conditions (extreme heat or freezing temperatures) across the US certainly create challenges for shipping wine. When temperatures while in transit could adversely affect your wine order, CobaltWine.com will suggest several weather safe options for you. At certain times during the year shipping may require expedited methods only or even be temporarily suspended to minimize the chance of damage during extreme hot or cold weather.  If applicable, customers will be contacted in order to make any necessary changes to their order.
