Introducing the 2015 vintage in a special 50th anniversary bottle.

The 2015 Vintage just happened to fall on our 50^th Anniversary of Cobalt Boats! We could not let this opportunity to do something special pass us by, so we commissioned the design of a 50^th Year Anniversary bottle for our 2015 vintage of Cobalt Cabernet Sauvignon Wine.

Steve Sherwin, from Sherwin Family Vineyards, says the 2015 Cobalt Cabernet shows great depth along with the elegance and balance needed for aging. From the high elevation and the rocky soils of Spring Mountain, the fruit is bright and forward with a broad mid-palate and packed with supple tannins. Expressing dark cherry, boysenberry, caramel and toasty oak, this wine is ready to drink now. However, the flavors will further integrate into the wine and the tannins will continue to soften for years to come.

I am excited to introduce this wonderful vintage in our very special anniversary bottle with the logo engraved into the glass. It is an expensive process, but once we saw the complete package with the hand dipped wax seal we had to go with it! We only bottled 100 cases in this 50 year commemorative bottle. Do not let this opportunity pass to enjoy the wonderful 2015 vintage presented to you in our specially engraved bottle celebrating COBALTS 50 Year Anniversary!
