2016 Cobalt Cabernet Sauvignon

I have enjoyed several new vintage introductions since our first in 2005. It is an exciting and reminds me of the new model introductions at Cobalt. It is a time of showing for the first time what you have been working on for a year and certainly a time of butterflies and of nervously anticipating the acceptance of your work. Like the boat business, every vintage of wine is so different from the previous vintage. Mother Nature never gives you the same weather patterns or the same growing seasons, so the wine from the same estate will be different from year to year. Then you will more than likely blend each vintage differently giving each one a unique taste and flavor.

With your order* of our newest vintage we will offer free shipping for the 2016 Cobalt Wine order placed during the month of October. We will begin shipping the first week in November, weather permitting.

I hope you are as excited to try our 2016 Cobalt Wine as I have been. The Sherwin Team of Steve and Matt along with me think we have an outstanding vintage. It comes to you ready to enjoy because of the extra aging process. We age 28 months in French Oak barrels and one year in the bottles before shipping to you.
