Created with Napa Valley Spring Mountain fruit, the 2005 COBALT Cabernet Sauvignon will leave a lasting impression on your palate with its lush, full-bodied characteristics.  The visual begins with an incredible deep blackberry and plum color.  Deep and complex aromas of boysenberry, raspberry, cedar, clove and vanilla highlight the ripe character of this wine, introducing a full rich palate.  The intense flavors are framed by ultra-soft tannins and are buffered by a creaminess of texture demonstrating the natural elegance of the 2005 vintage.
